| Hi, I have a pit bull that loves running and playing fetch outside, but our yard is mostly dirt, with a lot of what appears to be alkaline. I was wondering, since his ball gets so dirty, is it harmful for him to be getting so much of the dirt in his mouth? Used to have a dog that also played in the dirt, and unfortunately he ended up getting mouth cancer. So just want to be sure the same thing cou |
